I just arrived home Sunday from a ten day stay in Spain on my way back from Ethiopia. Mundo Coropente, the organization that named us “Women who Change the World”, was the perfect example of not only organizational skills but what people working together can do to make a big impact to make the world more fair. Not only are they wonderful as an organization but how lucky I am to have new friends.

Then I realized that just because I left my world in summer you didn’t stop the calendar for me. It is the Holiday season!!!!

It is so hard to believe that three months has almost passed. Every time when I am getting ready to leave I swear some things usually never happen. Maybe this is my New Year’s Resolutions that I was never able to keep. But… I promise myself that next time I will be more careful to take care of myself and that I will understand that planning for rest is as important as planning for meetings. Do you think I can do it?
